Activities Calendar of 2015 to 2016

22.07.2015 Our second year students gave welcome program for I st Year trainees.





03.08.2015 Orientation seminar was conducted for our trainees by Rev.Sr.V.Josephine.



15.08.2015	India’s 69th Independence Day was celebrated in our Institution in a grand manner. Rev.Fr.Loudu samy hoisted our National flag. Gabriel Gomez Primary school H.M.Rev.Sr.Rexie presided over the function.







05.09.2015	Teachers Day was celebrated in a grand manner. Our former principal sr. Alphonse Anandhi presides over the function. Teacher’s Day speech, dance program, debate on the topic of Teachers are the Parents? Or Guide? Or friend?







21.09.2015	Scout and Guide Camp was conducted. Three days classes were taken by Mr.Ebenesar Chandrahasan, State Trainer Tamil Nadu scout and Guide on the last day first year trainees, staff along with principal and vice principal visited Kallambal village, 5 km away from our Institute and cleaned the stage and street and explained dither health and hygiene among the public. Our trainees’ performed cultural and meaningful programs among the people.







30.09.2015	Our Patron St.Theresa feast was celebrated in grand manner. Our Trainees and staff prayed 9 days novena. A High mass was solemnized by Rev.Fr.Irudhaya Raj.The mass was offered for the intensions of love,joy,.peace,long suffering, gentleness, goodness,faith,meekness &temperance.





13.10.2015	Our former President Late A.P.J .Abdul Kalama’s birthday was celebrated ’from 13.10.2015 to15.102015.Essay competition , singing, reciting poem, skit play, speech competition and drawing competitions, planting saplings, were the programs conducted in our institute.



15.102015	Global Hand washing Day was celebrated. We visited T.P.U.Puliyankulam primary school and explained the importance of cleaning and washing our hands.





09.11.2015	Deepavali festival was celebrated. Holy lamp was lighted by our vice principal.



14.11.2015	Childrens day was celebrated. Our Teacher Educators performed songs, drama, and skit and entertained our trainees.







11.12.2015	69th Annual Sports day was celebrated in a grand manner. Mrs.Shanthi,Principal of Sethurajan Padma Mat.Hr.Sec.School,Jaihindpuram was the chief guest. Rev.Sr.Annamary,H.M of Nirmala girls Hr.SecSchool,Rev.Sr.Brijith,H.M of St.Agasthinar ..Sec.School,panjampatty,Mr.Thangavelu,H.M.of puliyankulam Hr.Sec.School,Lion Mr.N.S.M.R.Mutharasu,Lions club of Madurai,Alavai,Mr.T.S.R.Dilip Kumar,markting manager of Dinamani,Our former principal Rev.Sr.Alphonsse Anandhi arewere the special guests for the function. Sr.Principal welcomed all the guests. Students performed Welcome dance, flag hoisting, March past, Taking an Oath, lighting Olympic torch, keeping Olympic torch, declare the sports meet, Mass drill, Mass Items I and II Reading Annual Report, Prize distribution for fine arts competitions 2015 were held. Our trainees performed, kazil dance, yoga pydramid, oyillattam, kolattam,sila aattam,kummy aattam,karagattam,National Integration Dance.







19.12.2015	Christmas Celebration was held in a very grand manner







05.01.2016	Drug Awareness Program me was held in our institution Mr.Joseph Dhanraj, Intelligence Officer from NCB was the chief guest and conducted seminar regarding Narcotic Drug.



13.01.2016	Pongal festival was celebrated in a traditional manner. R.T.O. Mr. Sartho presided over the function. I & II Year trainee prepared Pongal separately.Rev. Fr. Dhivyanandham, Parish priest to St. Antony’s Church, Iravathanallur, Solemnized a Holy mass and said thanks giving Prayer.





11.01.2016 to 13.01.2016	Heart fullness Meditation classes had been practiced.



25.01.2016	National Voter’s Day Rally was conducted.





26.01.2016	We celebrated 67th Republic Day Mr. Sartho from Madurai North RTO hoisted our National flag and delivered a Republic day message. Our Teacher Educator Mrs.C. Amala Christy delivered a Republic Day speech. Patriotic and Cultural Programmes were conducted in our Institute Auditorium. Vice Principal sr. Motcha Alangaram presided over the function.





20.02.2016	Mr. Deva Sahayam from Arasaradi was conducted a seminar regarding uses and abuses of Mobile Phone



22.02.2016 to 26.02.2016	We had Science week with our students in our institution



26.02.2016	we organized one day field Trip to Rameswaram surroundings. (Rameshwaram, Ramanathaswamy Temple, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam House, Kalam’s Memorial at pekkerumbu, Vivekananda Hall, Fish Aquarium, Athiaman Beach, Devipattinam Beach, Thirupulam Temple, Pamban Bridge, Sethukarai, St. Theresal Church, Thazachimadam and St. Santhiyagappar Church. Rev.) Sr. Ranjitham the Principal, Teacher Educators, Office Staff, II year and I year trainees visited these places.





22.03.2016	World water day was conducted. We distributed Notice, regarding saving water and Human chain was conducted.





20.04.2016 to 21.04.2016	We had our IInd Year and Ist Year Internal Assessment Examination in our Institution. Mr. Krishnemoorthy Senior Lecturer, from Oddanchatrem Diet was the head of the team. Mr. Bakthavatchala Perumal, Lecturer from Uthamapalayam Diet and Mr. Karuppusamy from T. Kallupatti Diet were the other two Internal Assessment Examiners. They observed our trainers Teaching Practice and assessed our trainee’s assignments and teaching Learning Materials. They appreciated our trainee’s hidden talents.
